This delightful shop, originally named Country Furniture & Gifts, has been open for 35 years this May and the building was originally a flour mill built in 1877 by early Utah pioneer, Archibald Gardner. Isn't that impressive? No wonder they're so good at what they do. They've had practice.
What is it they do, you may be wondering. I'll share, as some of what they offer may surprise you. But, first, our weekly Lucky You! March giveaway! Today, one lucky blog reader will go home with this pretty book stand from CF Home, perfect for displaying a photo book or sign or holding up a cookbook. More on the giveaway at the end of this post. And don't forget we're also announcing the winner of our massive Easter Basket Giveaway today. Keep those fingers crossed!
Customize Your Home
Sure, you can walk in to CF Home and make lovely home decor purchases while you're waiting for your table at Archibald's Restaurant (something I'm quite familiar with). There are many unique items just waiting to go home with you. But CF Home is more than just a place to get smaller home decor items. They also offer you the opportunity to completely customize your furniture and accents.
In addition to catering to customized home furnishings, they also have the largest collection of on-site rugs in the state. The next time you're in for a visit, venture downstairs, where you'll find this brilliant rug gallery waiting for you, with rugs of all sizes and patterns.
Also in the lower level of the shop are additional furniture items and home decor pieces to choose from, so make sure you don't skip this lower-level trip.
Feeling the least bit unsure about your next home decor direction? CF Home has knowledgable and experienced interior designers on staff, ready to help answer any questions you may have. How's that for service?
More than Just a Store
While CF Home is an impressive store, it's also like taking a trip back in time. Elements from the original flour mill are on display on the upper and lower levels of the shop, making this both a shopping and historic experience.
This is the original plansifter from the flour mill. Isn't it cool? Just one of the many antique items you can view in this store/museum. :)
Maybe it's a few smaller touches you're after? Some new wall art, perhaps? Or a fresh display for that living room shelf? CF Home has you covered. Here are just a few of the fun items you'll find at affordable prices in this sweet shop.
